This is the best restaurant breakfast I've had in YEARS, no lie. The eggs were perfect, everything was delicious and the service was excellent, not overbearing.

I give everything five stars across the board, even the atmosphere. It's not that the atmospheres anything special but for a breakfast lunch small kitchen it's exactly what it's supposed to be clean, nice, small, good home cooking homemade bread great portions great prices excellent quality what you expect out of any small town breakfast lunch Nook on Main Street. If you're blowing through Sheboygan in the morning, I grab breakfast or brunch here

From the moment you step in to the "STEP INN" you are in the classic country dining experience. When I say country dining i mean the good ol meat and potatoes . Don't come here looking for veggies. I got the stuffed hashbrowns and the pictures are evidence I cleaned my plate and the bread is all homemade in house . Do your self a favor and "STEP INN"!!!

Quaint family style diner. Service was very friendly, food was excellent with large portions fora great price. Ordered the special, Bananas Foster French toast and the meaty mess.

My wife and I came here for breakfast to try something different from our usual haunts. The atmosphere was nice and early morning “off-season” wasn’t busy. No troubles parking. The waitress was friendly and our drinks were never empty. Food was good and a lot of choices. Nothing over the top and mind blowing, but if you want good breakfast food this is a great stop!

Don't get here as often as I used to but glad to see it has returned to it's former glory. Glad Courtney and the family have taken it back over and made it Step Inn once again. Had a ham and cheese omelet with hash browns and homemade toast. Food came out quickly and cooked as it should be. Service attentive and wonderful. Will be back when I am back on town. Much continued success.

This place was so nice to bring my kids (ages 11 & 13)! The food was excellent and fresh!! Even those picky eaters of mine loved it. The service was great!! When they found out we were from out of town, they even suggested local attractions my kids would like. The decor is creative and fun. Would definitely recommend.

I had the sausage biscuits and gravy. This does not come out of a can. Homemade every morning. Delicious and the service was fantastic. We will definitely be back.
